Gogi Sidhu – Craniaosacral therapist Craniosacral Therapy or CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Gogi has been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since 1997 after studying with the Upledger Institute. She has continued her studies with The Cranial Therapy Centre in Toronto in 2011. She has two years training in Gestalt Psychology with the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.  She has completed the six month Intro to Process Group Training as well as participated in many years of healing and personal growth work retreats at Shalom Mountain Retreat and Study Centre located in the Catskill Mountains of NY State. She is trained in Psychodramatic Bodywork.  Gogi completed four years with the Institute for Contemporary Shamanic Studies learning a wide variety of healing techniques.
